Give every tour its own page with a day by day itinerary, what is included, photos and a starting price, show reviews and licences, and put an enquiry button on every page.
One page per tour
A traveller searching for a gorilla trek, a Nyungwe trip or a Kigali city tour wants to land on a page about exactly that. One page per tour also gives Google one clear page to show for each search.
- A day by day itinerary in plain words.
- What is included and what is not: permits, transport, meals, accommodation.
- Who it suits: fitness level, ages, group size.
- A starting price or price range if you can share one, and what changes it.
Trust comes first
Travellers are sending money to a company in another country, often for the first time. Show them why they can.
- Reviews, with links to where they were written.
- Your company details, licences and memberships, where you hold them.
- Real photos from your own trips, with your guides and vehicles.
- A named person to write to, and a fast reply.
Make enquiring easy
Most tour bookings start with a question, not a payment. Put an enquiry form and a WhatsApp button on every tour page, and ask only what you need to reply well: dates, number of people, and the tour they are interested in.
Fast on a phone, anywhere
Found by the right travellers
- Write useful guides, such as the best time to visit or what to pack, that link to your tours.
- Keep your Google Business Profile complete, with photos and replies to reviews.
- Offer the main pages in the languages your guests speak.
