What is included
Updates done safely
WordPress and its add ons (plugins) get regular fixes, many of them for security. They are installed for you, with the site checked before and after so nothing breaks quietly.
Backups kept off the site
A backup is a full copy of your website. Copies are kept somewhere other than your hosting, and bringing one back is tested from time to time. A backup nobody has tested is only a hope.
Watched around the clock
An automatic alert if the site goes offline, or if its security certificate (the padlock next to your address in the browser) is about to expire.
Small edits every month
A set amount of time for text, photos, prices or opening hours, agreed in your plan.
Speed checked monthly

Why does a website need maintenance?
A website is software, and software gets updates, many of them security fixes. Left alone for months, a site slowly becomes slow, breaks after an update or gets hacked, and the only copy may be old. Maintenance is the monthly routine that prevents that.
What does Website Care include?
Safe updates, copies of your site kept somewhere safe, alerts when the site goes offline, a monthly speed check, renewal reminders, a set amount of small changes and a short monthly report.
Can you look after a website you did not build?
Yes, if it runs on WordPress. It starts with a paid takeover check of how the site was built, its add ons, hosting and backups, and a written list of anything that must be fixed first.
How much does Website Care cost?
It is a monthly plan, quoted after a look at your site: its size, its plugins and how many edits you expect. Time beyond the plan is agreed with you before it is spent.
What happens when something breaks?
A site that is down comes first. Alerts reach Triad automatically, the problem is looked at the same working day, and the latest backup is there if it is needed.
Do I keep access to my website?
Yes. You keep full access to your website, hosting and domain. Website Care adds a routine, not a lock.
