What Triad keeps, and why.
Short and plain: only what is needed to reply to you about your project.
When you talk to the assistant
The assistant on this website is an AI. The messages you write to it, and the project brief it builds with you, are saved so Triad can read them and reply. To write its answers, your messages are sent to OpenAI, the company that provides the AI model.
When you send a brief
If you choose to send your brief, Triad keeps your name and the WhatsApp number or email you give, with the brief itself. Triad uses them only to contact you about your project. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
Visits and clicks
Your browser keeps a random visitor number and your unfinished brief, so the assistant can pick up where you left off. Triad counts a few clicks, like opening the assistant or tapping WhatsApp, to see what helps visitors. There are no advertising trackers on this website.
Where it is stored
The website and its data run on Cloudflare. New brief alerts are delivered to Triad by email.
