Online shops.
Built for Rwanda.
A shop on your website where customers see your products, put them in a basket and pay by MTN MoMo, Airtel Money or card, all from their phone. You see every order and payment in one place.
Why shops fail
Most online shops do not lose sales on the first page. They lose them at the moment of paying.
A customer has chosen what they want, then meets a long form that is painful on a phone, a payment method they do not use, or no message after paying. Triad builds shops around that moment: few steps, the payment methods your customers already trust, and a clear confirmation the second the money arrives.
What you get
Product pages that answer questions
Photos, prices, sizes or colours and what is in stock, so customers decide without calling you first.
Paying made easy on a phone
As few steps as possible, big buttons, no surprises at the end.
Mobile Money and cards
MTN MoMo, Airtel Money and cards, through a payment company you choose, tested with real payments before launch.
Delivery the way you do it
Delivery areas, fees and pickup set up exactly as your business delivers.
Orders in one place
Orders, stock and customers in one dashboard, with a message to you every time someone buys.
Easy to find on Google
Each product and category gets its own page that Google can show in search results.
More than a website
Tools that do part of the work for you.
Triad does not stop at pages to look at. Every website comes with tools that serve your visitors, catch every enquiry and show you what is working.
- 01
An assistant for your visitors
A chat window that answers common questions day and night from your own information, in English, Kinyarwanda or French, and passes customers who are ready to you. The AI service has a small running cost, kept predictable with daily limits.
- 02
Every enquiry captured
Contact forms, assistant chats and taps on WhatsApp or call, saved in one place, with an instant email alert, so no customer slips through.
- 03
A dashboard with plain reports
One screen where you see your enquiries, how many people visit, which pages they read and what they click, plus a short summary each month.
- 04
Submitted to Google
Your pages submitted to Google for indexing, which means asking Google to add them to its search results, and Google Search Console set up in your business name, so you see what people search to find you.
Found from day one.
A new website only helps once people can find it. At launch, Triad also sets up the places customers look before they reach your site.
Google Business Profile
Your free listing on Google Maps, with your hours, photos, reviews and website. Created or claimed, then completed. Google confirms the business itself, which can take some time.
Social profiles that match
Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business set up or tidied, with the same name, hours, links and photos as your website.
Listings that fit your business
Directories your customers actually use, chosen for your trade: for example Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Rwanda Yellow Pages, or TripAdvisor for hotels and restaurants.
A link for reviews
A short link to your Google review page, ready to send to happy customers on WhatsApp, because reviews help you appear on Google Maps.
Straight answers
Can customers pay with MTN MoMo or Airtel Money?
Yes. A payment company that handles Mobile Money in Rwanda is connected to your shop, and Triad tests the whole payment from start to finish before launch.
What is WooCommerce?
WooCommerce is the shop part of WordPress, used by a very large number of online shops. It is where you add products, change prices and see orders, from a simple dashboard.
How much does an online shop cost?
It depends on how many products you have, the payment and delivery options and any special features. You get a written proposal with what is included and the price after a short conversation.
Can I add products myself?
Yes. You add products, change prices and follow orders yourself, and you get a walkthrough when the shop is handed over.
I already sell on Instagram and WhatsApp. Do I need a shop?
Not always. A shop pays off when you have many products, want orders and payments in one place, or want new customers to find you on Google. If WhatsApp ordering suits you better, Triad will tell you.
Before you decide.

Build and test in the MTN sandbox, keep every key on the server, and only mark an order paid after your server has confirmed the status with MTN. Airtel Money needs its own integration or a provider that combines both.
