What holds it up
Both are WordPress plugins: they live inside the site the firm already uses and update with it.
The work
Triad built two custom WordPress plugins. The NSP AI assistant answers visitors' questions about the firm and about taxes in Rwanda, day or night, from the firm's own information.
NSP Portal gives the firm and its clients one place to share and find documents. Both live inside the WordPress dashboard the team already uses, so there is nothing new to learn.
