Custom features.
Your way of working, built in.
When your website needs to do something no ready made tool does, like letting clients log in to get their documents or checking a payment, Triad builds that feature for you, written down and agreed before any work starts.
NSP Associates
Visitors kept asking the same questions about the firm and about taxes in Rwanda, often outside office hours.
An AI assistant plugin that answers from the firm's own information, day or night.
NSP Associates
Documents travelled back and forth between the firm and its clients by email.
NSP Portal, one place in WordPress where the firm and its clients share and find documents.
WeConfirm
Online shops needed to know a Mobile Money payment was real before shipping an order.
WeConfirm Pay, which checks the payment and returns the result straight to WooCommerce.
Recruit Flow
Hiring meant listings in one place, tests in another and shortlists in a spreadsheet.
A recruitment plugin with job listings, online exams for candidates and shortlisting, inside WordPress.
What a plugin is
A plugin is an add on that gives your website a new ability, the way an app gives your phone a new one.
There are free plugins for common jobs, like a contact form. But when your business works in its own way, people often install five plugins and tape them together. The site gets slow, things break after updates, and nobody knows how it really works.
A custom plugin is one add on made for exactly your job. Triad first writes down what it does and who uses it, builds it the way WordPress recommends so it keeps working after updates, and gives you notes that explain it, so any developer can look after it later.
How it works
Agreed in writing first
What the feature does, who uses it and how it fits your website, written and agreed before any building starts.
Keeps working after updates
Built the way WordPress recommends, so updates to your website do not break it.
Connected to what you already use
Payments, SMS, email or AI can be connected, checked with you before they are built.
Yours to keep
You own it, with written notes and a handover, so you are never tied to one developer.
Straight answers
What kind of features can you build?
Anything that follows your way of working: a page where clients log in to share documents, job listings with online tests for candidates, a check that a Mobile Money payment really arrived, or an assistant that answers questions. See the examples above.
Can you add a feature to my existing website?
Usually, yes, if it runs on WordPress. Triad first looks at how the site is built, then proposes the safest way to add the feature without breaking what already works.
Why not use a free plugin?
If a well kept free plugin does the job, use it, and Triad will say so. A custom one makes sense when your process is specific, when you would otherwise need several plugins at once, or when you need a connection nothing else offers.
