Website design.
Made for your business in Rwanda.
A website that tells customers what you do, shows your work and lets them call or WhatsApp you in one tap, with tools built in: an assistant that serves visitors, every enquiry captured, and reports you can read. Designed for phones first, and easy for you to update.

Why it matters
Before a customer calls you, they look you up. Your website is where they decide whether to call you or the business next door.
They might find you on Google, through a post on Instagram or from a link someone sent on WhatsApp. In a few seconds they want to know three things: what you offer, whether you are good at it, and how to reach you. A good website answers all three on a small phone screen, on mobile data.
Triad plans each page around those questions, designs it to look like your business, and builds it on WordPress. WordPress is the most widely used website system in the world: it gives you a simple dashboard, a bit like a phone app, where you change words, photos and prices without calling anyone.

How fast is your
website on a phone?
Google's own test, read for you in plain language. See your site load frame by frame, and get the three fixes that matter most. Thirty seconds, no sign up.
What you get
A plan before the design
Which pages you need and what goes on each one, based on what your customers come to do: look at products, compare, call or message.
A look that is yours
Colours, fonts and layout that match your business, not a ready made template with your logo added.
Fast on any phone
Light pages and photos made smaller without losing quality, so the site opens quickly even on mobile data.
English, Kinyarwanda and French
One language or three, with a button to switch between them.
WhatsApp, call and map buttons
The ways customers in Rwanda actually reach you, placed where they look for them.
Yours to update
You change text, photos and products yourself in the WordPress dashboard, and you get a walkthrough when the site is handed over.
More than a website
Tools that do part of the work for you.
Triad does not stop at pages to look at. Every website comes with tools that serve your visitors, catch every enquiry and show you what is working.
- 01
An assistant for your visitors
A chat window that answers common questions day and night from your own information, in English, Kinyarwanda or French, and passes customers who are ready to you. The AI service has a small running cost, kept predictable with daily limits.
- 02
Every enquiry captured
Contact forms, assistant chats and taps on WhatsApp or call, saved in one place, with an instant email alert, so no customer slips through.
- 03
A dashboard with plain reports
One screen where you see your enquiries, how many people visit, which pages they read and what they click, plus a short summary each month.
- 04
Submitted to Google
Your pages submitted to Google for indexing, which means asking Google to add them to its search results, and Google Search Console set up in your business name, so you see what people search to find you.
Found from day one.
A new website only helps once people can find it. At launch, Triad also sets up the places customers look before they reach your site.
Google Business Profile
Your free listing on Google Maps, with your hours, photos, reviews and website. Created or claimed, then completed. Google confirms the business itself, which can take some time.
Social profiles that match
Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business set up or tidied, with the same name, hours, links and photos as your website.
Listings that fit your business
Directories your customers actually use, chosen for your trade: for example Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, Rwanda Yellow Pages, or TripAdvisor for hotels and restaurants.
A link for reviews
A short link to your Google review page, ready to send to happy customers on WhatsApp, because reviews help you appear on Google Maps.
Straight answers
What is WordPress, and why do you use it?
WordPress is the system many of the world’s websites are built on. You log in to a simple dashboard and change pages, photos and posts yourself, without knowing any code. Because so many people use it, you are never stuck: another developer can always help you later.
What tools come with the website?
Besides the pages, Triad builds in the tools that save you time: an assistant that answers visitors from your own information, every enquiry saved with an instant alert, a dashboard with plain reports on visits and enquiries, and your site submitted to Google with Search Console set up in your name. Which ones you need is agreed in the proposal.
How much does a website cost in Rwanda?
It depends on how many pages you need, what the site must do and who writes the words. Triad does not publish fixed prices: after a short conversation you get a written proposal with what is included and the price, before any work starts. No surprises later.
What do I pay after the website is built?
Are you a web design company or a freelance web developer?
Triad is an independent web design and development practice in Kigali, run by one developer. You deal with the person who plans, designs and builds your website, from the first call to launch and after, with no account managers in between.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the site and how ready your words and photos are. The proposal lists each stage with a date, so you always know what happens next.
Do you handle the domain, hosting and email?
Do you also help people find the business?
Yes. At launch Triad sets up or completes your Google Business Profile (your listing on Google Maps), makes your Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business profiles match the website, and lists you in the directories that fit your business.
Do you work with businesses outside Kigali?
Yes, across Rwanda and abroad. Most of the work happens online, with calls when they help.

Describe who the site serves, what they need to do and what must be ready for launch. References help explain taste; requirements explain the job.
