The assistant on this website is an AI. The messages you write to it, and the project brief it builds with you, are saved so Triad can read them and reply. To write its answers, your messages are sent to OpenAI, the company that provides the AI model.

If you choose to send your brief, Triad keeps your name and the WhatsApp number or email you give, with the brief itself. Triad uses them only to contact you about your project. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
The address goes to Google for testing. The report is kept.
The website check sends the address you enter to Google PageSpeed Insights, which tests the page on a phone and a computer. Triad keeps the report, including Google's screenshots of the page, so the same address can be answered quickly and its seal stays current. If you ask to redesign the homepage, Triad reads that page once to take its name, headings and colours. Your browser remembers the last site you checked, so it can show you whether it got faster next time.

To understand which pages help visitors, Triad measures page views, time actively reading, scroll depth, clicks on links and controls, contact actions and completed enquiries. Reports include the country supplied by Cloudflare, device type, browser, operating system, referring website and campaign tags. A new visit begins after 30 minutes without activity. Analytics do not store your raw internet address, search strings, form contents or a recording of your screen. Triad respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals: those visits are not measured at all.
Until you say yes
Nothing is kept in your browser for these statistics. Your visit is counted with a number made from the date, your internet address and browser, mixed with a secret key and scrambled. It changes every day, so a visit is never followed from one day to the next.
If you allow it
Your browser keeps a random visitor number for 13 months, so return visits count too and an enquiry can be matched to the visit it came from. The number Triad stores is scrambled again with a secret key.
You can change your answer at any time with Privacy choices at the bottom of every page. Some things are kept in your browser because you asked for them: the language you pick (a small cookie), your conversation with the assistant and your unfinished brief once you write to it, and the last website you checked, so the next check can tell you whether it got faster.
There are no advertising trackers on this website.
Scrambled counters that keep things fair, deleted after 60 days.
To keep the assistant and the website check fair and affordable, each browser and each internet connection can use them a set number of times a day. To count this, your internet address is mixed with a secret key and scrambled, so the stored value cannot be traced back to you. These counters are deleted after 60 days.
